I don't have any experience in dance/yoga /wellbeing is this for me?

Hellz yes. It's open level and designed to meet you wherever you are on your creative journey.

Should I bring anything?

You may wish to bring a towel, change of clothes and some water with you. Blocks and mats are not necessary and won't be provided but if you have sensitive knees or hips you may wish to bring a small foldable blanket to help create comfort for yourself.

I want to do the course but I'd like more info?

Sure- email Ariane on hello@differntwomneproject.co.uk and ask all your questions! The taster day is designed to give you an embodied example of the course though- so we really recommend you come along if you're able.
